One to One Coaching
At Peak Performance, we tailor every session to your unique needs. No two athletes are the same, which is why we take an entirely bespoke, athlete-centred approach. We begin with a consultation to discuss your goals, training history, and any injury concerns. From there, we design a customised plan that targets general fitness, sport-specific skills, and speed development to help you reach your peak.
You can book individual sessions or a block of sessions, with the latter offering greater value and enabling us to build consistent progress week by week.
All sessions are one-on-one with John, but we also offer small group sessions (max 3 athletes) if you and a couple of friends want to train together. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, we cater to all abilities and help you get the most out of your training.
